About Us
Hi, I'm Neil
{AtkinEduSTEM} Founder and Brilliant Rubbish STEM (CIC) Â DirectorÂ
STEM subjects should be engaging, joyful, and enriching, yet few education systems emphasize applying STEM literacy to everyday life rather than just recalling facts.Â
Neil has collaborated with governments, teachers, and students to shift this paradigm. He’s focused on creating accessible programs that cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-demand fields, essential for addressing global challenges, including an AI-driven future.
The non-profit CIC Brilliant Rubbish STEM will also have courses hosted on this siteÂ
With experience in leading UK physics education charities, Neil is an expert in teacher training and is now expanding into homeschooling, helping parents become effective STEM educators.
We are also developing student courses on STEM leadership, resilience, and combating misinformation through evidence-based scientific thinking.
Why {AtkinEduSTEM}?
Â
Our engaging programs are designed to encourage students to think deeply, asking questions like "Where is the evidence?" and creatively exploring ideas with "What might happen if...?" Our goal is to shift the perception of STEM into a powerful way of thinking that can be applied to all aspects of life. The STEM Leaders program introduces young people to exciting career opportunities and helps them build the skills needed to pursue them.
While most of our courses are available online, Neil is also available for events and training sessions. Based in the stunning Pembrokeshire area, just a short distance from a surf beach, Neil brings his passion for STEM and outdoor adventure to every session.
We stand behind our programs with a full, no-questions-asked 30 Day money-back guarantee if you’re not completely satisfied
